Ingredients:
1 sheet of puff pastry. Thawed
1 egg beaten
1/2 C shredded cheese (any mixture)
Garlic powder
Black pepper
10 oz pkg frozen spinach - thawed and drained
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees
2. Roll out dough.
3. Brush with egg mixture
4. Spread spinach, then cheese and spices.
5. Roll up tightly, wrap in plastic and freeze for 20 minutes.
6. Slice, put on baking sheet. Brush with egg.
7. Bake @ 15 minutes till golden brown. Serve warm or at room temperature.
