Earthquake cake (Very good)

Here is a basic cake that was sweet, but no too sweet, moist, but firm and perfect for whipped cream and/or ice cream addition ... hmmmm.

Ingredients:
1 ½ c. flaked coconut
1 ½ c. pecans, chopped
1 – 8oz. cream cheese, softened
1 lb. powdered sugar
1 stick of margarine or butter
1 box German Chocolate Cake mix, make according to instructions on box

Directions:
1. Grease and flour 9x13 cake (glass) pan. 

2. Spread coconut and pecans in the bottom of cake pan.
3. Spread carefully, cake batter over the coconut-pecan layer. 
4. In small bowl, mix cream cheese, powdered sugar and butter then
5. Drop by teaspoons dotting the unbaked cake batter. Bake at 350 for 1 hr. 
(Tip: Put a cookie sheet under the cake pan while it bakes just in case of overflow).
