1st - very strong passwords
2nd - minimize sharing any personal information
3rd - use multiple emails

# Passwords
* many characters (suggests 24)
* password should be long & complex
* use sentence or phrase
* establish rules that changes recallable phrase (avoid one letter to number 3 = E)
* use a multiple character set to change letters to unique characters and then add others
* (cont) create your own set of ‘conversion’ characters for letters like A = $%#; T = *&^
* write and store rules
* store passwords (or rules) ... store password before changing, use 1/2 phase, etc.
* best to use a password manager - Dashlane or others
* look for open source password manager

# Minimize sharing of personal information
* Stop giving personal detail in applications and on sites
* make up (and remember) false info you used
* make your address your local post office or accessible address
* don’t answer questions accurately

# Multi emails
* separate shopping, social, friends, financial accounts
* purpose is to avoid single point of failure

* use Tor for searching the web - hides your IP address
* Use encrypted security services for messaging and email
* Proton mail, (Tutanota, MailFence)

#3. Become invisible
* start using Tor
* Use Proxy to avoid exit node
* Raspberry pi
* FORGET IT ... most people do not require invisibility
