After lots of searching, thinking, and trying to decide a) how will we use the burner, b) is Ginger 'really' interested in using, c) do we get a single 200,000 BTU for large water boiling or the ability to cook outdoors and experience past camping experiences.
Benefits and decision:
.. 2-burner allows total meal cooking outside (versus always a one-skillet meal)
.. raised height avoids bending and easy access
.. stove should complement our desire for initially rounding our outdoor kitchen before we finalize counter locations, arrangement etc.
.. with a rain protection top for the stove, we gain a Blackstone Grill work area (++)
