Create 'Easy' Secure Passwords
We all struggle to create strong and unique passwords we can remember. Now, researchers at Carnegie Mellon University say that pass-phrases are just as good (or better) for your online security. What's a pass-phase? How about "Ienjoywatchingfootball" or "myfavoritedogismolly". The studies conclusion: long phrases provide the same randomness as a haphazard collection of letters and symbols. Using How Secure is My Password I tested the two pass-phrases mentioned and the results show it would take a computer more than 25 billion years to hack. When I tested one of my exisiting passwords ... it could be hacked in 6 years. Try it!
