With the cold and flu season here - we did some checking of where we can expect to have germs, microbes and contaminants in places we visit often. Here is the top eight places to be be very careful.

2. Lemon wedges (micro-organisms and fecal bacteria found in studies)
3. Condiment dispensers (use clean wipe or hand sanitizer on the outside)
4. Bathroom door handles (use a towel)
5. Soap dispensers (these have been found to never have been cleaned - fecal bacteria)
6. Grocery -or- shopping carts (wipe with disinfectant tissue)
7. Airplane bathrooms (use disinfectant wipes and clean surfaces)
8. Doctor's offices (stay 2 chairs away, bring your own magazines)
