How to Make Your To-Do List Doable

This is a summary of multiple articles that neatly and rather extensively provides key elements to make a To Do List doable:
1. Remember: You are the Boss - not the List
2. Only put items on the list that are definitely doing
3. Break the To Do task down ... down ... down - the more micro a To Do the more doable it is
4. Focus ONLY on the next task
5. Use specific, active verbs i.e. 'Phone' Bill about meeting time - not 'Contact' Bill ...
6. Include as much info as practical (in the above, include phone #)
7. Keep your list short - under 20 items (keep a someday list)
8. Prioritize your tasks - mentally, position on the list, or 1-2-3
9. Keep the list moving and current with daily events and needs
10. Purge and update the list weekly
11. Log your completed tasks
12. Practice, practice, practice

Time permitting, review the items listed above and extract those elements that you feel you can improve and make an improvement to completing more of your To Do's
